When you order a digital download, you’ll go through a checkout process on our website. After you click the ‘buy’ button on one of our product pages, you’ll be asked for your name, email address, and payment information. Once you’ve submitted this info, you’ll see a confirmation page and automatically receive an email with a link to download your purchase. 

We offer refunds on all digital products within 14 days of purchase. If you’re not satisfied, simply reply to the order confirmation email and ask for a refund. Or use the contact form on our website (don’t forget to include your order confirmation number). However, refunds are given at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse requests if we feel they are disingenuous or taking advantage of the terms.

Service Clients

To sign up for one of our services, you can either purchase a package via our website or get in touch with us to request something more bespoke. 

If purchasing a package, you can find details of deliverables and timelines in the description. That way you’ll know whether we can meet your deadlines before deciding whether to purchase.

When you go for a bespoke service, then we’ll include details of the deliverables and timelines in our initial email discussions with you. You’ll know the details upfront before deciding whether to go ahead with us. We’ll send you an invoice for our services if the pricing differs from packages on our website. 

Deliverables will be sent to you via email. Depending on the nature of your project, we might send you drafts for feedback or approval before we deliver the final version. This helps ensure that what we provide in the end truly meets your needs.

How does ordering work? 

When you order a digital download, you’ll go through a checkout process on our website. After you click the ‘buy’ button on one of our product pages, you’ll be asked for your name, email address, and payment information. Once you’ve submitted this info, you’ll see a confirmation page and automatically receive an email with a link to download your purchase. 

To request a service, you can either order an online package from our website or use our contact form to discuss something more bespoke. We’ll follow-up with you via email to confirm within 24 hours. Once the deliverables are ready, we’ll send those to you over email too.

What’s your refund policy?

We offer full refunds on our digital products within 14 days of purchase. No questions or hassle, if it’s not right for you then simply email us to request a refund. However, refunds are given at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse requests if we feel they are disingenuous or taking advantage of the terms.

We’ll issue the refund as soon as we see the request which is typically within one working day (but please allow up to five days before chasing). Once your refund has been processed, you’ll receive an email from us confirming it’s done. 

We’ll issue your refund via the original payment method you used. So if you paid via PayPal, then it’ll go back there and if you paid using a debit or credit card, then the refund will be returned to your balance.

It usually takes 5-7 days for the refund to show up on your balance once we’ve processed it our end, but can take up to 12 days. This is controlled by PayPal or your card provider so it’s not something we can control unfortunately. But we’ll always act quickly at our end to get the ball rolling asap. 

What if I don’t receive the order confirmation email?

When you purchase a digital download, you’ll automatically receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. If it hasn’t arrived after 15 minutes, check your junk or spam folder. It might have got caught up by your email provider’s filters, but if you don’t find it there then use our contact form to get in touch.

When you sign up for one of our marketing services, then we’ll get in touch with you via email within 24 hours.   

Can I opt in or out of product and marketing emails?

Absolutely! We take data privacy really seriously. Plus, we also understand how easily inboxes can overflow, so we ensure you have complete control over your personal data. 

When you purchase online, you can tick a box to subscribe to our email list. This will enable you to:

  1. Receive updates on the product you purchase (e.g. when we add a new template to an existing bundle you already purchased so you know to download it).
  2. Receive our email newsletter which we typically send our 1-2 times per month (it includes industry insights and practical resources for health and fitness businesses).

If you don’t tick the box, then you won’t receive any emails from us after the initial confirmation and download link.
